Ez Billing: The most convenient way to reconcile your account bill. It's simple, it's easy and it's a free service for accounts holders. This completely automated service is as easy as attaching a document to an e-mail message. You send us an electronic file that reflects any premiums for products that you deducted from your employees' paychecks. We will then compare it to our current electronic bill for your account, resolve any discrepancies, and apply the premium.
E-Bill: This service provides an online view of your account bill. You can view the summary information associated with your bill, such as the bill premium due date, premium due, invoice number and billing frequency. If your account has 250 or fewer payers, you can view your bill in detail.
Ez Administration: This functionality allows you to "search" at the employee level and view employee-level information on products such as policy status, coverage effective dates and policy/coverage type.
E-mail Notification Service: We can also provide you an e-mail notification each time your new bill information is posted - no more paper bills!
E-Pay: You can choose to pay your bill through our electronic premium payment service, which is available to our Ez Billing customers.
